Policies

At Bella Rose Beauty we pride ourselves on providing our guests with the best experience possible, while respecting our stylists businesses. In order to do so we have established a few salon policies.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. In the event that your stylist is running behind, they will contact you. In the event that you are running behind, we ask that you contact the salon or your stylist. If you arrive 15 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule or modify your appointment.

Bookings & Cancellations

In order to book an appointment most of our stylists require a credit card to be held on file. They also may charge cancellation/ no show fees. Please make sure to thoroughly read their policies when booking, and know the terms are non negotiable. In the event that there was no card on file, you may be asked to pay an invoice before booking a new appointment. After too many cancellations or no shows our stylists hold the right to refuse future bookings with a guest, if they find it necessary.

Children

We ask that all children remain supervised at all times.

Technology

We ask that you and our stylists silence your cell phones and other devices during your appointments. We ask that you use headphones if watching videos/ movies. We also ask that you do not Face time, and if phone calls are necessary we ask that you keep them to a minimum. This policy is to respect the relaxation of our other guests.

Returns

In the case that you are unhappy with a product that you've purchased, you have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange it for a more fitting product.

If you are unhappy with your services must contact your stylist directly to address the issue. Be sure to review their policies before hand. Bella Rose Beauty, LLC will not provide refunds on any services.
